SMS Opt-In and Opt-Out Terms
Opt-In
By providing your phone number through our platform, contacting our AI agents, or texting our business number, you expressly consent to receive automated SMS messages from Monkee Biz AI related to your inquiry, appointments, and follow-up communications.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive automated SMS communications from us.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our services.
No Guarantee of Results
While Monkee Biz AI is designed to improve lead response times, appointment bookings, and overall business efficiency, we do not guarantee specific results, revenue increases, or business outcomes. Results may vary based on factors including but not limited to your industry, market conditions, lead quality, and how you utilize our services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Manologics LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Any damages arising from your use or inability to use our services
- Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in AI-generated responses
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
